About My Pole Fitness Journey
Pole fitness is more than a workout — it’s a blend of strength, artistry and self-expression. My journey began with a desire to challenge myself, move in new ways and connect more deeply with my body. What started as a hobby quickly became a passion that shaped me as both an athlete and a coach.
Today, I teach pole fitness at VogueFit, a studio that celebrates empowerment, creativity and community. I help students of all levels build confidence, strength and flow — whether they’re stepping up to the pole for the first time or refining advanced skills.
Through pole fitness, I’ve learned resilience and the power of pushing beyond limits. Every spin, climb and inversion is not just about strength — it’s about creativity, expression and celebrating what your body can do.
